Next Gen is proud to sponsor the “Taste of the Caribbean”, a Caribbean themed marketplace at the relays that’s inspired by the 2025 Jamaica Business Expo, Devon House, and the Kingston Night Market.

Featured Chef: We are thrilled to present Chef Ricardo | “Chaps” from “Now Yu Cooking!” as our featured Chef for the 2025 Relay Carnival. “NYC” is a first of a kind carribean food pop-up that caters throughout the Tri-State area. “NYC” expertly fuses traditional Jamaican and Caribbean flavors with culinary influences from around the globe, while honoring the essence of jerk cuisine. Our motto is “out of many spaces, one jerk sauce!”

Menu: The menu is currently to be determined and promises to delight the senses with a variety of dishes showcasing Caribbean flavors.

Beverages: We are excited to announce that beverages for the event will be sponsored by Veggie Terri, Island Blend Lifestyle (Caribbean Links), and Chef K.
